Technology is useful but a dollop of common sense would improve the vending issues overnight. Pouring 1000 pints/opening 1000 bottles 10 mins before half time, having beer-only queue and selling for a round number price are simple examples
Also having staff that don't look like they've not slept for 3 days and have virtually no customer service skills doesn't help
i would hate to get the 1000 pint/bottle after its been sat there for god knows how long.
