It’s a tricky one, on one hand once you’ve got a ticket the chances are you’re not getting another one until we’re at bigger capacity so can understand people being selective.

On the other, London could go into Tier 3 at any point and then no-one is allowed in.
Way I see it is, we are in a title battle, so every match is equally important, you don’t get more points for beating Manchester United then you do Fulham. What you do have is a better chance of beating Fulham though, and therefore a more enjoyable experience when you’ve done a 4 hour round trip (and that’s just the drive). The journey home by myself is very tough after a defeat ?

I agree. I applied for the arsenal game out of excitement but I think picking games we are more likely to win (not that I don’t think we will win that) is probably a good approach and one I’ll go for as the smaller games (as we saw at wembley and since moving to the new stadium) will be less popular.

I tried to apply, but I kept getting an error... maybe traffic? Ah never mind. It would have been great to go, but probably best to stay safe and not travel across London on the tube this late in the Covid game.

I did notice my Account Balance had gone down to £0 before this match. It has now gone up to £58. Does this mean that every match that it is credited by £58 (as it is now) until the amount they owe us for last season has been reimbursed?

Mine is still the same as it was before. It's probably the difference of what you had in refunds from 19/20 and the deposit you had to pay for 20/21.

I would be driving there as usual, but I’ve decided not to apply for tickets until I see how the vaccine develops and some anecdotal evidence of how the whole fans in stadiums works in practice.

Pretty decent renewal rate considering the circumstances. Far cry from the 25% non-renewals predicted earlier this year

IM confirmed that the overall Season Ticket renewal rate had been in excess of 94% this summer, including 900 fans who’d opted to take a deferral for COVID reasons.

Stuck in Tier 3 so looks like I won’t be applying till new year at the earliest

Some nice games coming I Jan though or do we hold off to get a ticket for a game towards the end of the season and see us lifting the title at

Maybe I'm too optimistic but I think the ground will be full or very close to it by the end of the season once the vaccines been rolled out to all the over-50s and other vulnerable people

Sorry if this is the wrong thread for this but does anyone have a contact at the ticket office that isn’t the main switchboard number. In theory I have a ticket for tomorrow but there is an issue with my ID validation. I have been trying every generic phone number/ email on the website but no reply (or no one answering in the case of the switchboard). Slightly panicking now that if I turn up to game I won’t be allowed in.

Slightly different subject. My father in law is 87. He still has a ST and goes to all the home games. Lives in South London and makes his own way there. Been doing so since the 50’s.

He doesn’t have a smart phone, computer or printer. I’ve contacted the club about what will happen this/next season and was pointed at something on the site that was not really relevant. Basically the best it says is he/I will have to contact the club (not less than 48 hours) before every match to arrange alternative arrangements. Surely that’s bollocks?!

Anyone else got this sort of problem. Very smart stadium ??

Sorry to hear that. Only option is to keep calling them. Hope you get it resolved. I'd go to the stadium regardless, maybe go a couple of hours early to give time to sort it

I asked the question about smartphones prior to ST renewal , I got an answer but they just said that there would be arrangements in force for those that do not have a compatible smartphone for downloading tickets .

There was also something the other day on a Spurs email about digital tickets and that they would be loaded to your apple wallet or google wallet , what is that all about, I have no idea myself.
It's technology gone mad everything is out of date after about four years anyway.

I miss the days of queing up on Sunday mornings for tickets. i lived close to the ground so was always the one who went over -

Fond memories of the cup final replay in 81 the queue went down Worcester Ave up Park Lane towards the station and back down Northumberland Park and past the Nothumberland Arms (Bill Nick) to you whippersnappers. Spent the night somewhere down Park Lane

Did you make the game?

Yep, always me queuing too. But for 81 I was sent to Wembley - we thought there would be a better chance. Huge queue, all very civilised til 10 when the doors opened in the conference centre (I think?) when all Hell broke loose. I got there quite early and was nearish the front and am a reasonable size. But it was like a 5000 people rugby scrum. I fought my way to the front and got my tickets. Brilliant! Only problem was we had sections in the City end under the City fans, but it never spoiled my enjoyment of that. Superb!! Then Trafalgar Square afterwards. I keep my ticket stubs so should have that one somewhere.

I did - never got hold of the box office or sorted the ID validation so just rocked up and was fine. Was pretty stressed they would turn me away. Was amazing to go though - so happy i was there.
Did you just show them your email or did they have to scan something? Just asking for a friend. ?
