Just come to post this, can't believe they give such a short window. Not only that but such a delay from the membership renewal.
Why can't they make this available to use when the new shirts come out at the start of the season? I guess they want members to pay full price for those.
So I take it this week is where they want to boost sales like Black Friday. Pretty shocking really. It would be interesting to see the terms in the membership since I'm sure I saw no mention of having such a short window to use the discount code.

I think this is an extra for STH and members, didn’t we get £15 voucher around start of season?

Like a complete idiot I have managed to delete my ST pass from the wallet on my phone. The original link sent in Aug is having none of it . I have spent half my adult life holding on the phone to the ticket office - to be cut off about 6 times - anybody have any clue how I reinstate it please

Are you on iPhone? If you go to wallet and then scroll down to expired passes at the bottom it might be there.
Mine still hasn't updated for Leeds though and in expired passes it still shows Man Utd, not sure if anyone else has the same?

Refresh the ticket. Turn off Automatic Updates in the settings on the season ticket in your wallet. Then turn it back on again, this worked for me in the past.

Must admit if I wasn't doing the away games, I wouldn't bother with a ST for the home ones and just pick and choose as a member I think. As it stands, I'll probably start selling some of the home ones on the exchange if the demand returns. Especially the Category B games - I don't find them any more compelling than the Category C ones, and £52 for them in my seat is just too much compared to the value in away games and, well, everything away from football!

Think the performances have to be a lot better for that. Had my leeds ticket on exchange for a week and no bites. Years gone buy it would be gone in 30 mins max.

When this happens to me, I find the original digital season ticket we received last August, click on it and voila, my updated season ticket pass is in my wallet.

Not sure if it's the same for everyone , best to contact the club through the website. They're quick to respond to be fair.
