A season? Half a decade my good man.
Well Fabregas and Nasri helped before last season and I don't think he ever actually put a season's shift in before did he? (more time eating horse placenta's and the like)

Would of RVP been injured last season if Arsenal weren't so desperate for him to play

Shouldn't a more important question that gooners should be asking themselves is how their club keeping getting into a situation where their best players only have 1 year left on their contract.

Personal amusement aside I would be pissed if our club was run that way. It only happened once and we all know how that went down.

The only positive for them is they still seem to get decent money for their players under those circumstances and as far as I'm aware as of yet they've not had a Sol situation

Already had five Gooners post suicide-statuses on Facebook. Hilarious.

But, before we laugh too loud, they still have a better strikeforce than us.

Not really hard is it? :p
No, that's my point. If we were to start laughing at them, they'd be very quick to point that out. Better for us to stay quiet about it until we've actually signed a striker or two ourselves.

Agreed. It'll be difficult not to gloat just a bit though, haha.

Looks like the three top spenders are gearing up for another race, leaning that 1 or 2 CL spots up for grabs at the most. Likely one.

Spurs
Pool
Newcastle
Arsenal

Gonna be tough if we don't acquire someone (preferably two someones) that can consistently put the ball over the line.

We're not selling to another English team, which makes a huge difference. Plus we were nowhere near as dependent on Modric as the gooners were with RVP.
