Rodrigo Bentancur to link up with Spurs on Thursday but must wait for work permit to train with squad

New Tottenham signing Rodrigo Bentancur is expected to arrive at the club on Thursday but will not be able to train with the squad until he is granted a work permit.
Bentancur completed his deadline-day move to Spurs from Juventus while on international duty in South America and he scored inside 60 seconds as Uruguay beat Venezuela in World Cup qualifying last night.
