He said as much earlier. I just think he's heard were negotiating for both and thinks we want both.
More likely Paratici getting several deals close and then pulls trigger on one?

Either straight up trolling, or some more reasoned opinions are desperately needed.
Tbh, that would make the most sense... We are not getting both players without selling one more (other than Bergwijn) of the forward line playersSeems like Paul O'Keefe is of the belief it'll be one or the other with regards to Raphinha and Richarlison.
Lol sms would be 100m… and plays best as a 10 which we do not use.Hojbjerg absolutely HAS to be upgraded.
Bentancur is a player I'm still unconvinced on. Has some nice qualities, but he a bit flakey. He's currently playing a role that demands strong defensive output, especially in the context of challenging for titles.
As I said in my original post, signing a high quality, all-round midfielder like a Ruben Neves or Milinkovic-Savic would move us much closer to potentially winning a title than spending a whopping £60m+ on competition for Kulusevski.

I mean It does feel like we are negotiating with Everton (if we are) in case Raph doesn’t happen.Seems like Paul O'Keefe is of the belief it'll be one or the other with regards to Raphinha and Richarlison.

Again: improving the starting 11 should take precedence over depth alone.
Lucas is also still comically underrated by Spurs fans.
The important thing that you seem to be forgetting is that the team will play as conte wants not le Grove stat whatever.No.
As far as our starting 11 is concerned, our attack is settled. Son, Kulusevski and Kane; three world class players. Raphinha does not improve our starting 11.
I agree we need depth there, especially with Bergwijn leaving. My problem is that in the midfield, we need both depth and starting 11 upgrade, therefore a big signing there should take far stronger precedence over spending £60m for freaking Raphinha.
This is what it’s all been leading to@Trix said the same
Hes not a midfielderI have nothing against him personally, he's a fine player for a top-4 challenging team, but you are kidding yourself if you think he is a title/UCL-winning level midfielder. That's just reality.
What good are his assists in the Euros to us? He only managed 2 assists for us in a full season and barely missing any minutes. You might say it's because he plays DM or whatever, but I can recall several occasions where he's struggled to keep up defensively too. He's simply a player we need an upgrade on if we want to get real about challenging.
Who cares how much they spend. The only important thing is that our squad improves and we buy players that the manager wants. Fuck all the othersWould be pretty annoying if this is the one window we go for it supposedly, and Arsenal end up spending more than us. I know it's not always how much you spend, but it's more about how it looks.
To be honest with you, I thought that’s what we’ve been doing over the past years and this is what is the problem with us, we have a lack of quality in our squad depth! Is this not what AC complained about when he did his initial assessment of the squad?IMO, I would rather see that we buy cheaper talent as deph/potential competition (charles the kettle) and focus the big bucks for clear upgrades at LCB (bastoni/leipzig guy) and RWB (hakimi?). Also, I think that Raphina might be slightly overrated. Just my cents!
