Just spoke to a mate living there. Couple of recommendations

1. Satellite Sports Café - Tourists and expats but dedicated to sports viewing.

Leidseplein 11
www.satellitesportscafe.nl (worth going to just for the genius homepage)

2. Goyden Florijn (Golden Florin) - On street called Rozengracht (typical Amsterdam cafe with mix of locals and expats)

Not sure how many Spurs fans there but there will be some.

The Golden Florin? Only the Earl of Barwood vacates that place - you must know him!

Good bars to watch it - The Aussie Bar (Cocos on Rembrandtplein), The sports cafe mentioned above (great looking bar staff) or sometimes if the game is difficult to find (as this one might be) then check the numerous bars down the Warmoestraat.. it'll be on there if anywhere!

The Newcastle was pretty good, right in the red light district, barman looked like hurley from lost...gave us free drinks because we were spurs....one of my mates left all his shopping there, went back 4 hours later and the barman had put them behind the bar, mate offered him a drink to say thanks, he wouldnt accept

If the 'Satellite Sports Café' is the one next to the big steakhouse, just over the bridge into the Red Light District, then I throughly recommend it. Good pool tables in there as well.
