There was a PL refereeing directive last season (I think) that said contact alone doesn't mean it's a foul, and that refs should stop blowing up every time someone falls over. I thought that initiative worked really well when it first started, but it seems to have gone missing this season, particularly in recent months. Way too much whistling for innocuous commigs-together.

I find City boring as all their players are robotic, but Foden has a license to dribble and do stuff most of the others do not. Because he's smart in how he does it. Doku and Grealish do not have that ability
