How much longer will they persist with Poch there. They're awful, yet again.

Todd Boehly essentially ripped up any 'winning' culture that lingered at Chelsea, didn't he?

There have been a few stories that they can't afford to fire him. Many of us said he was a poor fit for them from the beginning.

Financial struggles, an incompetent board and the wrong manager is just a great mixture.

The more amusing thing is I have watched Chelsea 3 times in the last few weeks and they won each of those games (Luton, Palace & Fulham)

Yet in each of those games, they could easily have lost or drawn because the game was finely in the balance or Chelsea struggled to really break them down.

Chelsea

They can't sack him. They don't have the money to pay him off. They've got a £200m shortfall to fill for FFP. The last thing they can do is pay him £15m to leave. Lovely stuff
Yeah @Trix mentioned this.

They probably shouldn't either.

What they should do is let Poch mould it into shape and get rid of players who don't fit
........

...oh wait, can't do that either!

Let’s be honest, if they are 200m short they are going to fall afoul of psr, and it won’t be fixable unless there are some seriously dodgy horse trades going on, they might as well fire him and put all the losses in the same fiscal year, and bundle it under the same fine/points deduction.
