We've won plenty of games that matter, just we like to put more focus on the ones we don't win.
Quite naturally we only focus on the important games we lose but as you said we’ve won loads of important games in the last 10/15 years or so

Apart from the semi/finals, finals obvs!

KDB went down hard there but Rodri smashed it in. Well played.

EDIT: Wrong name

We need a result tonight as Liverpool away will be a loss so our game against arsenal we need to still be in contention by then.
It's difficult not to assume or expect us to fuck up again because we tend to, however fourth spot would be quite an achievement considering I never expected it this season.

Newcastle all the way up to 9th now.

I think unless you are City or Liverpool it's very easy to go through patches of form and lose silly games but win unexpected ones.

I think Conte is on the brink of getting us more consistent to set ourselves apart from the others, but to do so, he'll need key components this summer.

I dare say Conte will be linked with Newcastle fairly soon into pre season

Don’t really like the term ‘must win’.

Every single game you play as a professional footballer should be seen as ‘must win’ if you want success.

Is it wishful thinking that West ham will be up for the game v them next week to secure europa? They are currently in the conference position

Surely they can't bank on winning the europa
Im pretty sure it is wishful thinking unfortunately, unless they took a massive hammering in the 1st leg. Its incredibly fortunate scheduling for Arsenal again.

It's also inaccurate

Neither Spurs or Arsenal will win all their remaining games. So they can't be "must win" games.

It's a case of don't drop too many points.

If you approach a game with the mentality you can't lose it and you do lose it, then it may effect you mentally.

We need to make sure Arsenal don't get a lead going into the NLD because that really could be winner takes all.

We should really have beaten them at our place. As everyone says it's a certain loss, I'm actually quietly confident we can get something there. Basically a free hit for us.

Does anyone actually enjoy watching City? I’ve barely watched them at all this season as I find their games (apart from us or Liverpool) boring due to their dominance. Always find myself looking for another match to watch, even if it’s Norwich.

It's a bit like how Barcelona were when they were at their best just relentless and it got boring at times.

It's because if you go toe to toe with them, they've got the ability to rip any opponent to shreds. City's dominance dictates that most of their matches will be cagey affairs as no one wants a spanking. A few pervs on here aside.
