Lol how the ever living fuck is that not a handball yet United's pen was. Come on. At this rate we'll need an inquiry into this shit.
They’ll take this as a huge boost. Coming back from 3 down?!?!?
I think that was a league match though. I may be wrong..

No it hasn't changed. Still applies if arm is in unnatural position, well if it were to be consistent with the norms. It wasn't a handball. It came off his chest onto his arm. Purely accidental. The ruling changed I think now.
Please. There's no consistency in these rulings whatsoever. It wasn't a handball. It came off his chest onto his arm. Purely accidental. The ruling changed I think now.
I don't think either team will be particularly consistent. But, I also am not convinced we will be particularly better. Changing managers might help, but the reality is both squads are still very imbalanced and there is a deeper problem there. In Chelsea it's because they are in a transitional period, in Man Utd it's a lack of clear strategy from above, and it's been a problem ever since Ferguson left.Same as the United result. Not concerned about Chelsea getting a point.
They are way off the pace, poor at the back and have a manager not ready for the job he is in.
Would be quite happy for Utd and Chavs to tick along for now scraping results, they aren't good enough and will eventually change managers. When they do they will be much more of a threat.

There is also the question of if the goal was seen to come directly from the usage of the arm. Where handling regardless of intent will always disallow the goal, I tend to think in this case the rule doesn't apply as it wasn't the pass or shot directly leading to a goal. I do wonder if it was, say against Man utd, if the ruling would have been the same however.
Somewhat premature I think. That equaliser may have given Frank a stay of execution, so it isn’t all that bad. Chelsea still dropped two points against lowly opponents.
I was watching it in a pub in Cyprus and the electricity went off at 3-2, got home and checked ceefax. Couldn't believe itPainful memories!

I haven't seen the replay, but for clarity, natural position is hands close to your chest, that's it. In theory there is minimal interpretation in these rules.OK my bad, I still don't think it was handball. It was clearly in a natural position. Maupay today was clearly not in an unnatural position.
I don't think there is bias in all honesty. Perhaps if there are fans then you can be swayed slightly at first but think that decision for chelscum was fine.
Palace today however... Not for me.
