Werner`s second goal was handball. Just watch the replays they showed when he was started. If any touch with the attacker`s arm is to be penalized, this one should be disallowed. It wasn't really visible with the naked eye but there was a touch, and it was deliberate too.

Chelsea are so bad at the back. Just negligent to ignore it this window and spend £150m on their attack which wasnt close to a need.

I agree but defending is also a system issue.... you defend and attack as a team as they say. Thats why perhaps Man Shitty have always had issues, spending half a billion on defenders isnt going to solely resolve all the defensive issues.

They definitely need a defender and think they would be much stronger with Rudiger but it wont resolve everything

It could be a system issue but I don't think Lampard has any idea on how to setup a defence, last season they got away with it but the signs were clear. They should have gone out and bought Lewis Dunk to at least get an organiser at the back, I'll never understand why they bought all those attackers.
