We better be at our very best against the scum because they will punish us if we aren't clinical, they are in good form at the moment (it won't last) but we are playing them at the wrong time.

Arsenal do carry more threat than us going forward but to be fair, Sunderland parked the bus at WHL. They haven't done that here (not saying they have flooded forward either).

What is the point of Sunderland? Other teams might be crap but as least they usually try.. To cap it all off, it's a town of swivel eyed brexiters. Glad to see the back of them..

Thats because Arsenal scored early, unless we score early we will always have teams parking the bus until they go behind.

Because we dont have goals in this team. Its been this way for a while. We just cannot finish for shit. Our back 4 keeps us in games.

I'm assuming by "a while" you mean this season, since we were the second highest scorers in the league last season...

But it's clearly different for away sides. Sunderland have no shame putting 10 men behind the ball away at WHL, at home they try to attack a bit more leaving some gaps.

We played a shambolic Stoke side away and put 4 past them. Arsenal just drew 0-0 at home to Boro. I think Arsenal have a bit more to them in attack but this idea that we're toothless is a bit overblown right now.

Look at that intent from Liverpool in and around the box to get that goal.
I've watched the first 25 mins of this game and the movement from Liverpool's attacking players and speed of execution of pass to find the attacking players highlights everything that is wrong with our current play by comparison

I don't know if we are being coached to play more methodical when we attack, whether our players just don't have the spend or footballing brain to create the type of movement and speed of pass to find that movement and stretch defences like this
Or if we are just so unbalanced and new to one another game that we cannot work as a unit like this

Theyre making us look slow and boring with no cutting edge - actually we make ourselves look like that already
