Does anyone knows when is the Pre-Season Training start ? and what is the schedule ?

Friday - Day off
Saturday - Wimbledon
Sunday - Wimbledon
Monday - Light jogging
Tuesday - Sprinting with some sit-ups

Are the Yids going to be in Wimbledon? I live there. Reckon they might head to the 'World Famous Dog & Fox'? Not sure what it is world famous for other than being a supremely avergare boozer. What tea do they drink? I am a PG Tips man myself.

Not ITK or anything, just from what has been posted in the past, the first thing that is done is an assessment (ie a bleep test) of the players fitness.

Of course this was under Jol, but I would imagine Ramos would like some kind of fitness assesment first.

I wonder if the gaffer tape will be coming out on Friday....

thats correct, the first thing we do is a fitness test to find out what levels the players are at, and yes, we go back on thrusday

i know a couple of the players and thats what they normally do but your right what happens on thursday under ramos is anyone's guess. and no i dont have any information other than they all really like the fun seesions ramos and poyet does with them. alvarez is a top bloke and likes a laugh with the players
