I suspect had the poll been opened yesterday morning rather than within 30 minutes of the defeat that we'd be sitting closer to 70% stay.

I think it's time for a second referendum.
As mentioned, people can change their votes, so I reckon we're not too far off. :)

Ive never seen us play fluent attacking football under Poch.
In his first 2 years in charge, we press really hard ,we were really good without the ball and thats about it.

The moment we have possession, we like to dither on the ball and play like idiots. Even when we win big 6-0, 5-0 we play like fools, rarely being able to string 2 meaningful passes together. Its unattractive and says a lot about our attacking game plan and tactics.

Pochs' strong point is not tactics, its him toughening up the players mental attitude to win games. It seems his strong suit has deserted him as well...so maybe..

Changed my vote to stay, not that I wanted him out in the first place, it just seemed like he didn't want to be here anymore and it would suit both parties if he indeed did want to leave the club.

After his recent comments in the pressers I believe he wants to be here and achieve the success we are all looking for. It's a rocky road but as long as the commitment is there I will always and have always backed Poch to the fullest.

Margin: 26.2%

I can't unsee us conceding 7 goals with that diamond. If we roll it out on Saturday I'm in the Poch out camp as I'll believe he's firmly lost it.

The irony in that is that Brighton are a team against who the dreaded diamond will probably work quite well.

Ironic in a sense that we should be able to use it against lesser opponents but as we saw in the Carabao, that's not always the case.

We should scrap that formation as a whole and only employ formations that work well consistently for the personal we have.

I believe now most people are in agreement there needs to be an overhaul of players. Most Spurs I've spoken to are saying the same. I have spoken to some that feel Poch should walk. I'm behind Poch to get it right and would really like him to start now to integrate and sideline certain players.

It could get worse before getting better but it has to be done.

I chose stay in the sense that we need to give him more time. He's a loyal guy and has worked wonders - we owe him the opportunity to fix this mess.

However, if there aren't clear signs of improvement quite soon then he'll have to go so we can salvage the season/squad...

...IF there's someone worthwhile to bring in (i.e. Allegri). If we're gonna sack Poch to bring in a stop-gap manager or someone average we'd be better off letting him see out the season.

This is a results game & the next two games are massive for Poch starting today, both must wins & then theres the two massive encounters with Red Star if we want to progress in the CL

I went for Poch in because I think he can turn things around IF he decides to. Go back to a familiar shape and play a team that want to fight.

I do wonder if there's a shift in voting when the team sheets come out. If the diamond still reigns supreme in Poch's opinion, I may rethink my vote

I'm at that point where i'm prepared to write the season off so that he can work on the next phase. In all seriousness Poch has been patient (and very unlucky with some injuries) with certain players, covered for them in the press waiting for the european window to close had meetings and been humiliated. He should sideline certain players however I can as well understand he's position in trying to get the last drops, the Brighton game is massive in how we bounce back personally I'd sideline Eriksen Toby Jan Rose Wanyama Aurier( suspended anyways)

Winners tend to be horrible...I’m sick of being the nice guys

THIS! 100 times over, ok the battle of the bridge we lost our heads, but we was right nasty ****s that night, and there was no more "soft tottenham" the image of hazard being kicked in the air, and twatty fabregas crying like a bitch still makes me hard.

It would seem
that we'd be better off
changing 36.5 % of the 'fans'
rather than the manager.

We have been lucky to have him
and he deserves
just a little more loyalty

My one worry with Poch is that he seems to be regressing tactically.

The blind faith and insistence on a system which doesn’t work and has no proven record of success, coupled with the strange subs, seems to have gone hand in hand with his transformation into a bit of a weirdo.

this is one of the reasons i can see for him going ( ivoted stay) he's gone weird, pressers, saying weird shit all the time etc, shitty subs.

If Poch is motivated to stay then I’d be happy for him to stay. I just think some of his decisions are because he wants out, or is making a point to Levy. I do not see how he can look at both performances and analysis stats and then persist with the diamond. Unless he is either totally mad or he wants out. He was told in his press conference we’d lost as many games as Brighton (16) in 2019 - which I think is joint worst across all EPL teams. Poch laughed it off by saying we’d played more games than Brighton so it is an irrelevant stat. That’s top grade delusional BS ... a team with any ambition losing 16 games between Jan and end of Sept is simply unacceptable, and it is all because of his tactics and formation. I am amazed he does not realise what every other football commentator or analyst does - that we are a team massively in decline since he adopted the diamond midfield.
