3 weeks to go... so by then it would be 3/4 in 5 weeks not 3 (Perisic signed 31st May) or even 6+ weeks if going by the end of the season
You don't add the past signings to those 3 weeks to go. Be positive, we're getting 3/4 in the next 3 weeks. It's how Paratici works.

Because its ambiguous and could be read both ways? (Due to lack of grammar and punctuation) It's been more than 3 weeks since the end of the season and the transfer window has only been open since Friday.

It could just as easily be saying we have 3 weeks to go and expect another 3 or 4 in
