If we were buying him as a starting CB we might have had a chance of him choosing us.

As it is both clubs will be offering him a squad role and you’d imagine they will also offer him higher wages. Add in CL football, guaranteed trophies and the fact it’s Bayern and his choice looks pretty obvious to me unfortunately.

He can do one if he chooses them though, we only want players who want to play for us. Him choosing us over Bayern would be one hell of a statement though.
