Is playing Hojbjerg over KWP at RB Southampton’s way of saying “fuck you Daniel, we’re not swapping one of our best players for your academy right back”?
Both sides play the game. Saliba did it last season and has happened loads of times over the years. Suits both the player and the selling club to play the gameThat only works if the player is happy to go there as well, in this case I'm pretty sure he wants us so any other bidding is irrevelant.

He will if we don’t offer Southampton a suitable deal. He’s done at Saints and Everton can still offer him more money and the opportunity to play for an elite coach. We’re obviously a more attractive prospect than Everton, especially if we clinch a Europa spot. We just need to give Southampton a good enough offer. Would have no doubts he’d pick us over the toffees.Question is, even if Everton want him, will he actually go there?
A few journos have hinted he would prefer us and, even with Ancelotti and all their millions, Everton's squad looks far more of a mess than ours. Would you rather play with Kane, Lo Celso and Son, or Calvert-Lewin, Walcott and Siggy?
Plus London, the stadium, Mourinho, etc.
In three hours his price has dropped £11 million ... All while actually playing.
