2nd game back from being out for so many weeks. Man he really is world class. A defensive wall, reads everything ahead of him, moves into space well and passes so sweetly. Unreal talent.

Absolutely incredible. Not an exaggeration to say that with a fair wind and luck with injuries he could become the world's best centre back.

He is an absolute freak of nature.

The top speed he has is frightening enough but I’m not sure I’ve ever seen such a big player accelerate as quickly as he does too. Absolute monster.

Added to that he plays with composure and is reading the game well.

Class player.

An absolute diamond. I think MOTM but they never give it out to losing team players (which I do find odd).

Think the only thing he could maybe look at is his rush to slide in or boot the ball out when his pace has already got him there slightly before the attacker. He’s more than capable of taking possession and getting us on the ball again.

You don't see many players like him with that mental turn of pace from a stop start too.

It's actually amazing considering he's a big aul guy too.

Not easy coming back from long term injury and having to play United away and City at home on your return.

You can throw anything at this guy and he'll look impressive.

We will do well to hold onto him, Udogie and Vicario. I mean Romero was also incredible last night.
Van de Ven could be just about the best around in a year or so.

I keep reading things like this but it’s nonsense. We don’t sell our best players anymore. Kane was down to the last year of his contract and was here until he was 30. We’re well positioned to become a real powerhouse in the game.

He's absolute quality. Calm on the ball and passes well but Jeez is he quick or what? Also saw him covering right across to the right flank at times so there's a good understanding with Romero building there. We've had a proper result signing him.

One race I would have been interested in last night was VDV v Walker. Shame that situation never really happened. Reckon Micky could give him a run for his money. Absolute monster of a unit. Quick and puts in clean, full blooded tackles. Oh and his interaction with De Bruyne was funny. I love him.

With his femur length and speed, his hammies will be under so much stress. If he is going to fulfil his potential, he’s going to need a different type of rest/rcovery/pre-hab plan to the rest of the group.

His full speed makes me lol with a weird nervous excited noise😂
