Good for him, felt wrong that his contract ended this season especially with all what's going on.

We definitely need him with injuries to Foyth and Japhet, no doubt we'll get some more too.

I love Jan. Glad he’s staying through the end of the season. He deserves a proper goodbye. He’s earned that much. Whats the downside to a new deal for a year or 2? He’s loved by the fans, well liked in the dressing room, gives us cover, experienced, and cost saving especially when Jose apparently wants Thiago Silva.

Heartbreaking that he wont get a proper send off. Come on, Levy and Jose. Do whats right.

If, as looks likely, tomorrow is his last day with us, I'd be very up for giving him a testimonial. 8 years of very dedicated, professional, quality service.

No, not for me. Went on some big sulks under Tim and AVB. Great player sure, but no testimonial as far as I'm concerned.

Meh, I love Jan. At his best an absolute Rolls. Hugely underrated in the wider world too. And, let's face it, there aren't many people in our club or following who haven't had their frustrated moments over the years. I love the guy.

Sad to see him go and sad how anti-climactically his overall terrific time with Spurs seems to be coming to a close.

At the very least, I hope he gets a proper tribute in front of fans when all this is over.

So do I, I still don't believe he deserves a testimonial.

Sad it's probably his last game for us tomorrow. Great player and stuck with us when he easily could of got a bigger move.

I do hope he gets a proper send off someday.

*leaves a placeholder to pay tribute provided he doesn’t do something completely fucked up like join Arsenal*

Still can't understand how he went from what I considered his best season with us last year to this.

Respect him for the way he played. And he seems like a nice guy. A shame he couldn't keep it up for a couple more seasons. I was thinking he would go Italian being a brilliant CD in his mid 30s.
