Need a goal and a Son has gone off so take Bale off.The one player who can make something out of nothing. OK he was quiet but most attacks by us went down our left. Doherty was useless and Bale didn’t help him out so Sissoko replaces Bale simply to help Doherty. Why not just replace Doherty?

It’s not really, if you swing yer arms around like whirligig towards someone’s face like he did then you deserve a yellow in this day and age.
How many times does this happen in a game, does it result in a yellow every time? And he didn’t touch his face did he?

Oh just piss off, the only disgrace are the other players that are playing utter shit in a fking derby, he’s the only one that played like he cared
Misunderstanding my point from the very beginning. Of course he plays with his heart, and on top of that HE HAS THE QUALITY TO BE AWESOME, yet is never good enough and we continue to wait. Don’t want to offend anyone pals, I’m just stating I’m done waiting. Some big things must be changed if we want to stop being almost there but eventually never there. Really don’t mean to be offensive and I know my first posts were very harsh on him. Sorry for that

lots, and I never said that I think it’s a yellow. He was playing on the edge way before that, if you swing yer arms around like that with the look over yer shoulder before it then I’m sorry but that’s a yellow in the modern game. As for how many times it happens in the game, it happens constantly, like fouls on the half way line that would not be given as a foul elsewhere. Like it or not it was plainly stupid, and played right into the refs hands who frankly had a shocker

It’s ok, I am sorry too, everyone is emotional after the game, shouldn’t have told you to piss off. But the point I was trying to say is that he’s not the reason why we lost, his red card included as the other players that wasn’t trying as hard are the reasons why we lost and its just sad seeing him being called out when he’s actually the only one really trying his best, maybe he’s not good enough for where we want to be but there should be others that we need to get rid first.

Which is what I am saying, the ref was actively looking to send him off, not because what he did deserved a yellow.

he raised his hands, hit Tierney on the high chest / throat area. Gonna need to disagree to agree with you on this one.

Told myself to stay away from social media and sc for a few days... but i must say this..

THAT goal is definately one of the most beautiful goal i ever seen.. the rabona over an nutmeg..far corner... this is unlikely to be emulated for a long long long long long long time..

(Leaving sc for a few days until the understable meltdown simmers)

I said he has EVERYTHING to be at least good. But his contribution is a fucking disgrace. Dude please open up you eyes. Allowing this kind of things in our club is what makes as a "almost there but yet not there" team. I fucking know Lamela since he played for River Plate in Argentina, I have watched him play ever since . Don't fucking try to tell me how good he can be. Yet, we remember him for a rabona goal against an unknown team in the EL, for his (and ppl become proud of it) shithousery against Arsenal and now a rabona goal against Arsenal in a DISGRACEFUL performance where he got sent off, and EVERYONE knew he was going to be sent off like for 20 minutes before it really happened. Very good lad, with bags of talent, but will never be there. We need just need to move on from this
Was going to give you a funny rating until you mentioned cancer.

I love this guy's passion and energy and shithousing.

I didn't think that second yellow was deserved. I would love to see how many players across this season get carded for shielding the ball and swinging their arm around like he did today. The game moves so quickly so replay doesn't tell the true story, to me, as it doesn't mimic the pace at which actual play happens.

Regardless, to me, it was clearly in the cards that we weren't going to win this match. We actually only seemed to start attacking after Lamela was sent off. Frustrating!

Completely agree with all you said. It’s true he’s far from our worst problem.

Complete lack of respect. Will change it inmediately. Just not right.
Wasn't trying to have a go. People get very emotional after a game like today and we all use different vocabulary. I was enjoying your rant but felt that particular wording wasn't quite right. No harm done.
