Executed Conte's system really well and did great work at both ends of the pitch. Most importantly he's composed and doesn't waste much.

10/10 today and hopefully that's the bench mark.

He demonstrated the difference between an eyecatching footballer and an effective footballer. Ideally we'd want both, but I'd take effective anyday.

I dont think he should be played out wide and rather se him in a free role behind Kane and son
He does give us shape out there though, drawing defenders to him high up the pitch and threatening the good pass, whereas Lucas, in the same areas, rarely feels like we're dangerously or even securely in possession.

Love that he nutsed Cancelo for his goal, so composed. Must say I thought it was Kane while watching live. Them two look strikingly similar from distance. I also thought Kane put a shot just wide last week v Wolves until I watched the highlights and I was in the stadium!
Great performance today, match winning assist and worked hard throughout and right to the last he was chasing down a Man City defender in their own half which was the last action of the game. Kudos to you Kulu!

Nice options though. Kulusevski for when we need culture and Lucas for when we need COYS-fuelled madness.

Don't divert from the program, would you please? In case you haven't noticed it, you must hate on Lucas if you want to show any praise for Kulu from now on.

Another benefit of having Kulu is it allows you to bring Lucas on later to run at tired defenses, which (IMO) is when he's actually best. Sucks for him, but I prefer Lucas as a super-sub.

Plenty of games and players pushing one another is exactly what we want. If Lucas has to be 10% better to get in the team all the better

I think he’s gonna learn a huge amount from Kane. Quite similar in their game, clearly a very clever player with good awareness and touch.

Was surprised to see him start after some had written him off with 2 poor sub appearances in 2 awful team performances, luckily Conte didn't see those posts phew!
