Play in the final third

I kept blaming AVB and then Sherwood but the fact is may be it is the players just aren't good enough in the final third?

We do not test the keeper enough. I cant remember keepers in our games generally being too overworked. We play lots of pretty stuff but when it keeps to getting in the box - pft.

When we shoot its from 25 yards yet in the box I can count on one hand how many time we have shoots in the penalty area during our games.

Hopefully Bentaleb will become that player but IMO we need someone like that sooner rather than later...

Well, Poch has got less than 3 weeks with the entire squad since the WC contingent came back not so long ago. He cannot in this short time undo what had been drummed into our players for almost 2 years between AVB and Dim. I hope by Christmas time, we can improve our forward play by 70%; and if we can get a couple of good players in January, we should be a force to be reckoned with.

Think that's a little premature. We were a man light on Saturday and we're missing the two players whose main job that it (Eriksen and Lamela) tonight. No surprise that, when Lamela came on, we created 4 good chances in behind.
