Someone give a quick brief on what this plane business is about? I've been away for the past hour.
I don't think there is any question of Star Image selling the image rights. The problem here is that we have to come to a separate agreement with them as to what we pay them for any use of Dybala's image while he is a Tottenham player. The fact that they are currently suing Dybala for breach of contract and the fact that image rights law seems to be very different in the UK means this really is a right old mess to unravel in the next few hours. Star Image are arguing that Dybala is in breach of contract as they agreed a deal a few years ago which saw them keep the rights for 10 years which he has since allegedly broken. The 40 million being mentioned is not to purchase the rights, but the amount Star Image are suing for because they haven't been paid what they think they should have recieved in the past. Buying Dybala right now means becoming embroiled in what will be an ongoing legal dispute and having to make a deal with a company who may anyway lose their claim to the rights in the disputeWell why would they care if they sold them before he's played a game here.
Still remember his "breaking story" of Wesley Sneijder to Spurs for £200k pw about 5-6y ago on Talksport. He's literally the king of the frauds.
FR24 blocks a lot of info on private aircrafts. If you check the flight on Radarbox24, the info is not blocked.
Aircraft registration is I-MFAB, italian reg.
No way we're spending this amount of dosh without giving him the once-over.
probably the same plane flew from Sevilla to London yesterday is flying from Turin to UK now
Indeed. I was doing some work for a football site at the time, took the bait and wrote a story.Still remember his "breaking story" of Wesley Sneijder to Spurs for £200k pw about 5-6y ago on Talksport.

Everyone has decided that’s Dybala’s plane.
It’s currently heading directly for Ipswich.
