It's baffling that he is allowed to continue to take them and it is just as baffling that he insists on doing it.I have to admit, it's baffling. Presumably the club employ analysts for stuff like this so they must be aware of his abysmal record. He must ping them in regularly in training or something because I can't see why he still takes them and worse, at one point last season Dier started to have a go but that seems to have stopped, he'll definitely do better
Literally the only thing I can think that makes any logical sense is that he scores a far few or more than the others in training. It's baffling that he is allowed to continue to take them and it is just as baffling that he insists on doing it.
If you do something over and over again and it doesn't work, why won't you take a step back, take the pressure off yourself, asses the situation for a while, and then try again?
Worst case scenario for him, someone actually starts scoring for the team on free kicks, while he is taking a step back. He should know that's a good thing.
It all just seems so stubborn and egotistical from his part.

Logically Kane has brilliant technique and strikes a ball better than most so you'd imagine he should be able to take a decent free kick. He doesn't though, hence my earlier post, why not have someone lay it off for him to strike, atleast change the angle and hit a moving ball? Had to be a better option because whats currently happening is clearly not working.
If it is Kane using his power to take them then he needs to take a step back and realise it just isn't working. Would much rather Dier get more chances or even Son.
Curb Your Enthusiasm theme would work wellI wish someone would put together a compilation of all of Kane's free kicks set to music.
We have no idea wether or not he insists on doing it. He might well do, but people are bound to suggest it because it's so mystifying. It's baffling that he is allowed to continue to take them and it is just as baffling that he insists on doing it.
I guess that's true. But even if he is assigned the responsibility by Conte/the staff, he must have the possibility of saying that we should try something else for while? It just feels logical that it's a combination of the two, or mainly because of Kane's status. We have no idea wether or not he insists on doing it. Be careful criticising him in here. Some people think he's beyond criticism. It's baffling that he is allowed to continue to take them and it is just as baffling that he insists on doing it.

I don't completely agree with that since it's probably that same stubbornness and backing himself that has gotten him where he is today. He needs to get rid of that attitude and do whats best for the team.
It would be very disappointing if a journalist is aware of it and Conte isn't.One of the journalists need to point it out to Conte, instead of writing articles on it.
