One Hotspur + on sale time for tickets

Tried for West Ham. I got nothing yesterday after over an hour of queueing and today I got in, clicked on seats but some other fucker nicked my tickets before I could get them in the basket. Refreshed the page and they were all gone. It's ticket exchange for me then!

Does anyone know when the Premier league announces the tv schedules for December games? I’m back home in the UK for Xmas and hoping to go to the Bournemouth game depending on when they schedule it for!

There will be at least one empty seat on Saturday for the Liverpool game. Train strike means I have no way of getting there so I tried to screenshot the code to pass to my cousin who can get there but I got an error message "cannot screenshot private content". I bought the ticket when the window was open and it's ridiculous that I can't put it on the exchange. Perhaps people were doing multiple screenshots and making money from it and causing chaos by having several people claiming the seat? Well Spurs use some imagination and let people put them on the exchange if they buy tickets and then cannot go .

Crazy that they don't allow Season Ticket holders the chance to buy guest tickets on the exchange late in the window.

Fully understand allowing one hotspur members the opportunity to buy them first but we should be able to buy any that are left over ahead of the game. Expecting quite a few to be available for the Liverpool match due to the train strikes

Suprised at this, we have been taking screenshots of our season tickets QR code in the apple wallet and sharing with family or friends when we cant go for a couple of years now, sending via whatsapp, can you try loading it onto another phone or on a tablet/laptop etc. Suspect even if you get another phone and take a photo of the QR code on your screen it'll work fine.

Well it worked of a fashion, the pass takes up the central third of a page. When I look at it on whatsapp the pass in its entirety is about 3cm x 1.5 cm and the QR code is about 0.4cm x 0.4cm. I expanded it but it loses definition, I'm not sure that will scan at the ground! I'll tell my cousin that I will treat them to a Chick King if it doesn't work so they wont have had a wasted journey.

Sounds like you need a techno savvy person to help, pretty sure there are ways of getting a screenshot on android phones but how you then whatsapp to someone else is another one for the tech boys, have you tried you tube for help seems there are videos for everything.
Pity you didn't apply for a refund on the ticket which you can do as long as its more than 7 days before a match if you purchased it in the members sale, you can't get refunds on tickets purchased from the exchange.

You know what the club answer to that one will be , why would someone buy a membership at £55 when if they have a friend who is a ST they have a chance of getting a ticket that way if they go to guest sale..
They have all avenues covered to maximise income.

Don't think you can do it through your membership account , there is a refund request link on the Ask Spurs pages if it happens to you again, its under club refund policy.
