The thing thats ao infuriating is that this is basically the same group of players that went unbeaten at home in our final season and whl and had the best defensive record in the league.

What was the breaking point? It feels like it all started to come apart once Dembele left which is odd because he was injured often anyway.

Our success was built on the foundation of a solid defence. Walker leaving with a poor replacement started the problems and then simply Aldeweireld and Vertonghen getting older and less motivated plus Rose having issues. In front of them Dembele getting injured and then leaving again without replacement until Ndombele came in. The solid base evaporated.
