Spurs are currently taking part in a pitch trial with the NFL. At our stadium and 14 stadiums in the States, a new fake surface with more ‘give’ in it is being tested. The aim is to cut down on joint injuries in players.

Wondered why they had all the NFL stuff when Maddison was there.

I see that according to the latest THST news a beigel stand (I prefer non US spelling) will be trialled by block 101 serving smoked salmon , mozzarella and tomato & salt beef beigels not sure when it starts or if it was there for the Manure game.

At the moment looks like just a trial but the food offerings are increasing, maybe it should be advertised as a gastronomic destination, perhaps also get the Michelin inspectors to visit , we could call it The Bib Gourmand Stadium

The Club have launched several new Chicken House and N17 outlets around the stadium and over 30 new products including in-house created fish finger sandwiches, samosas and bao buns. Vegetarian and plant-based items (including a new vegan chorizo sausage roll and a plant-based ‘fish’ and chips) are now available at all outlets around the stadium – something Trust members requested repeatedly through our surveys. Gluten free dishes are available as well as gluten free beer and these can be located via the Spurs app, using the stadium section. The beer offering now includes Bira Moretti, by popular request.

There's a Chicken House on the west side too (around block 503). They have Touchline Grills as well on level 5, 1 on the east side and 1 on the west.

Lots of nice words from Sadiq Khan, best thing he could do for fans is to encourage TFL to operate a match day only service on the Victoria Line up to Northumberland Park, the tracks are already there into the sidings just need to install a single platform to enable fans to alight there before and board after a match.
