Oh and flooded toilets. Rivers of p***. Forgot that it my excitement

Edit - some things never change :)
Was that in the South Stand? We had the same issue in one, which was the same one as the u18s game.

Deeper blockage somewhere. Probably some gooner workman putting a towel in a pipe somewhere....

In block 517 and we walked all the way round to check it out before the game. We were in just after opening and by the time we got round to the market place they were stopping people going in. This was the only time we found the communication poor. No one was explaining why just a ‘you can’t come through’ but as we turned to go back they started letting people in and it was rammed. All the bars were busy but got served at one of the tap inns straight away with no issues. The whole place is absolutely stunning, the benchmark for new stadia in this country has well and truly been set and I don’t envy any club that attempts to better it....it will probably bankrupt them....

Eddie hearn wants AJ to fight at our new ground. Imagine the stadium hosts AJ v Wilder? Wow

I just don’t see why they would chose a venue with 28k less seats unless Wembley was busy or wrecking the pitch was an issue. For example he had a fight planned for May/July next year pre Wembley being used for Euro finals. If Wembley is unavailable then yeah it has to be next choice.

It's about corporate. GA will be down by x amount but that can easily be recouped with corporate facilities at NWHL vs Wembley. Take the tunnel club for example, for a boxing match that will be eyewateringly expensive and with AJ's popularity it would be oversubscribed.

Edit GA=General Admission

Does Wembley have to block off several rows of seats for boxing, like they do for NFL?

Probably a lot cheaper. Better sight lines too. Wembley is also limited to the amount of fixtures they can hold a year.

Apparently they can do 80000 standing. Not sure it that's true or not

I mentioned this in the legends match thread but it’s probably more relevant here.

On the stream yesterday the advertising hoardings around the pitch looked quite high up or higher than in WHL. I guess it could have been the camera angle but what did those who went to the stadium think?

Were they a bit too much?

(I don’t want to turn this into a taking corners or slope around the pitch issue, it’s just something I noticed that may be different actually in your seat)

They were a completely over the top, far too bright, be great if Lloris goes up for a high ball and completely loses sight of the ball with that bright white advert that was shown yesterday and ends up as a goal.

They could actually do a bomb in the summer if they hired out the market place and the south podium. You could probably do at least 5k. Can’t be many facilities in London that can cater for that amount with quality food/drink. Be great for an outdoor mini summer festival. Shame the ventilation shafts kind of get in the way lol.

How easy is it to officially change your season ticket seat. I'm happy with where I'm sitting but would prefer a few rows lower

Is it a complete no go?

Renewals / Can I move my seat?
We are unable to action any request for seat moves mid-season. Seat moves may be possible for the 2019/20 Season, subject to availability.
We'll be in touch with all Season Ticket holders once we have further information available regarding Season Ticket renewals.

Has anyone done it with thier WHL season tickets? Can't imagine Levy will make it easy for us

I was disappointed with this 1882 bar really no difference to any of the Tap Inn bars in terms of food or drinks. Fewer people in there I suppose but no additional facilities other than windows on to the pitch. almost no seating. Don't think I will be renewing my 1882 ST.

Spotted this nice open area on top of the shop but not sure if its just for staff or general public?

Looks like you've been mugged by Levy. On the plus side only 5 games to pay for could have been a complete season.

We want to move up from row 9 so think a few people ideally want to move around.

Be interesting what the majority do if there’s really no tangible difference. £1k for not much difference is a lot.
