Kit could work if we played Conference League in some backwater place with very little grass on the pitch. Great camo and the oppo wouldn't know where to defend.

I actually buy into this argument to an extent:

Obviously there were bigger factors but I think the kit probably makes it harder to pick players out in a fast paced environment, especially when you've been playing lilywhite most of the season. We shouldn't play in it again if the club cares more about performance than money.

Assuming it's mainly being used in the cups, we won't be seeing it again for a while anyway.

Genuinely would like to never have us wear that kit again. It's one of the rare cases of something that actually looks a lot worse on the players than it does in pictures.

Is the third kit the equivalent of the grey Man Utd kit where they couldn't see each other?!

I was joking on WA Group during match that we're playing badly due to not being able to see each other due to the kits, Think we will need to get the sponsor changed to a neon yellow when we have to wear it again, might help a little.

It's the numbers I struggle most with. Colour is horrible but the colour of the text doesn't go either.

Might have been what I was watching and it was on my phone, but I couldn't see the numbers or names on the back of the shirts most of the time.

It's a stupid colour of shirt to use vs teams in white. Fair enough play in it Vs teams in blue, black, red ect, but that had to be the worst team to use it against!

I thought I love the 3rd kit until I see how muddy it looks on green turf. And I thought kit designers have better colour sense. How wrong was I. 🤮🤮🤮

I was thinking about this when I was watching the game and I honestly think it did affect them. If we can't even see them properly from top view when they are against an all green pitch, imagine how hard it was for them to see them against more complicated background of crowds and colour.

its like an earthy shade of beige if that makes sense. fairly hard to describe, well worth getting though.
It’s like taupe. Everyone in the 00s had similar colour walls lol it’s actually really nice.
