Correct decision for Goal of the Season I think. A stunning finish from a great pass. Would be interested to see Vardy in a bigger team. Would do well for United I think.
But would a "big team" play to his strengths?

Heh, Wright and Shearer saying Liverpool will be the closest challengers next season.
4th to 1st/2nd? doubt it lads.
Based on this season's figures, they need to find 25 more points. It's possible... after all Chelsea went from 1st to 5th in one season...
Liverpool are going to be a little stronger in central midfield with Keita, although he also has a tendency for a red card or two. Fully expect them to also sign a better 'keeper.
There's a lack of quality in depth to their squad at the moment, and that's why they fell way short (that and not getting VVD until January).
As much as I hate them, they'll be putting on a stronger challenge next season.

Agreed on them needing a better keeper, which you'd assume they will try to get, and Keita already coming in. Even with some reinforcements, it's a big ask. Even Man Utd, the second highest spenders, were 19 points behind City.
They took the quotes and mixed them up. It’s not the order or how he said them at all. Disgusting. They’re pretty much convinced Poch’s statement meant he was off unless we broke our wage structure.
Not really how I read it but Lineker and Shearer seemed pretty set.
No idea why but the Poch thread is locked in Spurs Chat so nowhere else to talk about this.
Holy shit Defoe passed
RIP Defoe
Wrote about this before, but Neil Warnock has started with that opening game how he always has acted when getting to the PL. In the lower leagues he's a feisty, nasty, angry **** and gets his teams meeting objectives, yet in the Premier League he is more all smiles and just gives the impression he's just happy, and maybe amazed, to be there and his teams just do nothing. Gives off such a lack of belief and inferiority complex.
He was still snarling and effing away on the touchline. He just likes to give off a more avuncular image to the media when in the PL. He's still the same old nasty bastard who told his players to deliberately injure opponents when he was at Sheffield United.Wrote about this before, but Neil Warnock has started with that opening game how he always has acted when getting to the PL.
