Sanchez went to sleep for that goal. Had Benteke then just left him to wander aimlessly into no mans land. Poor.

Watching MOTD and they're analysing Liverpool's lack of pressing and intensity and the comparison to us during Poch's latter years is seriously uncanny.

That high intensity style has a short shelf life if you don’t refresh the squad, we found that out the hard way and it looks like they are too

They keep going on about Diagna’s (sp) offside goals as if a) he wasn’t offside and b) you don’t gain a distinct advantage by being offside

really annoying that freak seasons from Leicester and chelski stopped us getting our rewards though, whereas they did get their reward and then the fuckers actually stopped us from winning the biggest prize ?

Chelsea were amazing in 16/17 and in other years we could’ve definitely won it. However, Leicester the season before won the league on a low total. We also finished below a pretty unimpressive Arsenal side that year. So, basically, no team was amazing in 15/16, us included.

Why bother showing any footage from WBA v Barcodes? They should have said that the match was 0-0 and be done with it.

Don't forget Chelsea had no European football at all the 16/17 season having finished 10th with no cups in 15/16

not really motd related, but joachim andersen as a toby replacement?
He looks solid every time I've watched him. Wouldn't mind a new Danish buddy in the squad for Hojbjerg either.

Andersen is surely on the shortlist... for a Dier replacement**

Toby's been proving he still has a role to play in our squad. Not so sure that's the case for Dier.

Regardless of quality, Toby has less time left (although I do agree!). I meant more just as a ball playing CB.

Should have shown the line ups/shown the teams walking on the pitch then walking off again.
Exactly what I was thinking when watching it. There are bad matches but I think this was the worst Premier League game ever. I've played in pub matches that were better.
