Look at Man Utd last season under Ole/Rangnick. A proper manager has started to sort them out and while they are still some way off the league title they have one trophy in the bag, another to play for and most likely back in the top four. Also after losing the first two games of the season every defeat since then has been followed with a bounce back win. It's little things like that builds a more tougher mentality.

I fully expect Poch to have that impact on Chelsea. Last season they were 3rd in the league and lost two cup finals on penalties. The year before they won the champions league. This season is an aberration where everything has spiralled out of control but a new manager and a new season will get them back on track.

I'm pretty sure me taking an admin role within the non-playing side of the club would make no difference, so I'd happily work for them.

This is Levy's opportunity to get revenge for the Willian fiasco 10 years ago. Imagine the reaction if that happens.

A proper manager and several top signings that we could never hope of pulling off. Casemiro, Eriksen, Martinez and Varane back to his normal level have transformed that team. Yeah Ten Haag is doing a good job and has got the best out of other players such as Dalot, AWB, Shaw and Rashford but you need good recruitment regardless of which manager you have. We’ve done better over the last 18 months IMO but it’s mainly poor recruitment in terms of both quality and fit for the club/league/manager that has cost us most dearly. I sound like a broken record with this but we have still started the vast majority of matches this season with 3-5 sub standard players in our 11 whereas you’re hard pressed to find a glaring weakness in the other top teams around us

Really ? How about we have agreed with someone who is currently employed but doesn't want anything announced until the end of the season ?
Or how about we haven't actually agreed anything with anybody to become the next manager, and we're just going to do what we did after we sacked Jose? I'd honestly be more surprised if we actually have anyone ready, let alone Julian Naglesmann and I'm fully expecting a Nuno-esque situation again, as let's be honest this is the typical modus operandi we've come to expect from Levy and co.

That's absolutely not true.
Yep. If I'm sacked, I offer my services and the same company aren't interseted when I need a job a couple of years later, but I'm offered a job for loads of cash up the road, I'm taking it.

Not asking for info from you Trix but god I hope we hear something positive on the manager search from the club soon. The negativity around the club at the moment is sufforcating
I'll be honest mate I'm deliberately not posting anything about it after the last time this happened. We literally flitted from one guy to the next and I was posting a new name we were going after every week. It's not quite as bad this time but I'm not raising false hope on a weekly basis like I did last time round just for DL to fuck it up or us getting knocked back.

Mate I'd say 99% of people on here would work for them for a significant pay increase from what they are currently getting. It's easy saying no in principle it's another to say no when the numbers are put in front of you.
