Basically all the virgin Wolves fans on Twitter are pretending they are happy he’s leaving like the Saints fans did with Hojbjerg but anyone with their head screwed on knows we’ve done two good deals considering the prices.

If this comes off for £15m, it will mean we’ve signed three proven PL players, two of whom will walk into our starting XI, for a net spend of around £16.5m.

And that’s before Serge inevitably leaves.

Incredibly smart business.

And the only way we can act against the big spending from the likes of Chelsea, utd and city. In 5-10 years time with the stadium closer to being paid off we might be in a different world, but until then we have to be smarter than everyone else.

So far I think we’re doing well.

sounds like most of them are gutted he’s going. It’s probably worth looking at a few of their match threads though to get a true picture!

I’ve only seen Wolves fans disappointed at the low reported fee and think it’s ridiculous business for them to sign off.

I know a few Saints fans that never really rated Hojbjerg though.

Doherty at the price of 15mil is great business. Hojbjerg will be a decent squad player. Still need a creative spark in the middle of the pitch with Ndombele going - we were so lacking in unpredictability and that link between midfield and our forwards last season.

He's a big upgrade on Aurier & we know he can do it in PL...

Hojbjerg is going to be more than a squad player, he's going to be a regular starter and I'm betting future captain.

Trust me Mourinho is gonna do a madness next season, we're going to suprise many and I predict we could potentially even finish 2nd-3rd, and win a cup.
