Manor Solomon is set to sign for Tottenham Hotspur after reaching a verbal agreement with the club, football.london understands. The Israeli winger enjoyed an impressive stint on loan at Fulham from Shakhtar Donetsk after FIFA ruled that foreign players in Ukraine could suspend their contracts following Russia's invasion of the country.

I think Spurs will eventually have to cough up some money to Shakhtar.
If it weren't for the FIFA stuff he'd only have 6 months left on his contract so wouldn't cost much anyway.

I imagine we're giving them a big chunk of the gate receipts for the friendly in lieu of a transfer fee.

We needs defenders :banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead:
We’ve been told we are working on it with some interesting names in the mix with the right type of abilities. The press and some journos saying it’s happening. The club doesn’t just deal with one deal at a time. I think it’s obvious stuff is going on, why can’t we do other quicker stuff while things are happening elsewhere?

If it wasnt for the (special military operation) WAR and the Fifa stuff isnt he likely to have renewed his contract with them or they received a fee for his transfer elsewhere before now?

No one knows if he would or wouldnt.

If FIFA have ruled him a free agent then I guess they would need to take actions vs FIFA really.

The friendly we have with them which is generating money for their charity might be the sweetener with us and them, a good few million passed over for that instead of a fee I guess.
