I said in the lead up to this match that Mourinho had to play his most talented, dynamic side today, and he did just that. Aurirer/Lamela/Reguilon/Ndombele gives you much more technical ability and versatility on the pitch than Winks/Davies/Doherty/Moura. Insert GLC and Bale for Sissoko and Lamela (though you might even keep Lamela in with Son/Kane/Bale and have a CM2 of GLC/PEH and we should be winning most matches this season in the league).

Did lamela go down easy, yes. If it happened to us would I be pissed, also yes. But you can't slap someone in the face, that's a red all day long, people should be blaming Martial for reacting not Lamela or the ref.

I'd go Moura for Lamela, he is always a risk on a yellow and Moura's pace will kill them on the counter
