I'm sure Levy has spoken to Poch already, but they've probably agreed to sort it out at the end of the season. From Poch's perspective it would probably be better to see if we win any trophies this season before signing a new contract as he'll get an even better pay deal if we do.

I love the direction we're going, but as good as the season has been we could still end up with nothing to show for it. Let Poch focus and reward him at the end of the season if it's deserved
