The cross for Crouchy to get us champions league, awesome moment. Lets not forget the goal against the Arse, the winner 3-2 at the library a moment of joy seeing the faces of the goons. Thanks Mr Kaboul and good luck, but not against us.

At times wonderful, looked like he had it all, pace and power and could play a bit too for a big centre back. Lots of poor games too though.

At the height of his powers (oh too short at Spurs) an absolute beast, but that's at least 2 years ago now. Unfortunately things like tying up his laces when he should be defending are more a reflection of his Spurs career. However will never forget the 4-4 125th anniversary game!

Making him skipper spelt the end of him IMHO - I never understood this decision at the time and still don't now. If you think about the spells where he played best, he mostly played alongside an experienced campaigner (King and Gallas) who could bully him into making the right decisions (e.g. not tying up your shoe laces when the ball is still alive in your own half ala Chelsea game a few years ago!) and taking up the right positions.

Some people just don't have the capacity to take on a leadership position and I think a player like him who is already prone to lapses of concentration and poor decisions probably just crumbled under the pressure of it all. His prolonged injured periods in recent years also didn't help. All the best YK.

I find it sad how quickly players fall from grace these days.

He had two great spells with us, one as a promising youngster and the second as the real deal. It was only injury that stopped him being our rock at the back for years.

Wish people would give him a bit more credit, rather than constantly slagging him off and popping open the Champagne.

Maybe there's no room for sentiment in sport these days but that's a pretty sad place to be.

Similar feelings about the way people harp on about the likes of Andros.

Anyway, fingers crossed Kabs rediscovers some semblance of a career at Sunderland. It must have been a really frustrating few years for him.

Between 2009/10 when we finished 4th and 2011/12 when Chavsea won the CL to knock us down into UEFA Cup, I thought Kaboul (or Kaboom as some of us called him) was immense. Injury and a major dip in form/attitude have meant the last two or three seasons he has not been at the level we want...thanks for the good years, Younes, but we should've probably shown you the door last summer for both of our sakes

2-0 down at HT at the library, Kaboom heading in the winner in the 85th minute. Will never forget. Thanks and good luck.
