You know if we actually do sign him I'm not going to be happy about it as the press have made me hate his name every transfer window. He'd have to change his name and sign and then id be happy! DAMN THAT LEANDRO!!!

The odds reflect the amount of (silly) money being placed
not the likelihood of it happening.
Odds don't win races.
I know, I know it's just a bit of fun.
Why is it any more likely that he would sign now than it was before?
What are the odds that he doesn't sign? Might be a better bet.

whats the odds on Villa?

Ignore the Marca report. They are a Madrid based paper and don't have a clue whats going on with Barca.

Sport and Mundo deportivo both said Villa is going to spurs.

I think there is zero chance him leaving Brazil to play for a club in Europe when the World Cup in his own country is only 12 months away, no way will he want to miss out on being in he Brazil squad and if he moves and doesn't settle that will happen

Have to say tototoner raises a very interesting point there.

Could have said the same thing about Neymar. Brazilians are basically forced to leave their league at a certain age so the clubs can make the most money, knowing teams in Europe are willing to pay top money. They're very good in terms of when to sell a player.

very true, I would like to sign Leandro but we've been down this road before and his ownership is another stumbling block

I was thinking that and posted something similar a while ago. But that was when he has first choice fir brazil. Now that to my knowledge, he isn't first choice he is more likely to leave now

I dont think its the same at all. Neymar is moving to Barca and is probably the first name in the squad.

I actually think totoners point is interesting but I'd suggest that Leandro actually might need a move to cement his place. He's on the fringes now and staying at Inter would probably not be enough to see him be first choice forward. If he moves and rather than slumping he does great and makes a big impact then he may just boost his cause. With Sandro here already a move to Spurs will still keep you on the map.

Oh and I think Inter probably left the sale a year too late. I think his value has dropped.
