Have very little time for any player who is so one footed that he frequently concedes possession or spurns opportunities for passes, crosses, shots and take-ons because that would involve him using his weaker foot. Spend an hour each day practicing with your weaker foot, you just need a ball and a wall and keep playing it against the wall back to yourself, vary the distance, angle and pace and within 6 months you won't be scared to use your 'weaker' foot it anymore. At 50K+ per week I don't think it is too much to ask.
