We have reached agreement with HNK Hajduk Split for the loan of Ivan Perisicfor the remainder of the season.

The versatile left-sided player appeared in each of our first six games of the season, registering two assists,
before he suffered a complex anterior cruciate ligament injury in September

Bit gutted to see him go as we didn’t get the best out of him, the guy is quality and we only got to see his ability in fits & starts but I think he came to the league a bit too late unfortunately.
Hadjuk paying him €1 a month apparently for the next few months, model pro and good luck to him going home.

Perisic, Lloris and Dier off the wage bill this window, the appointment of Lange and Munn seems to have made a big difference at the club. Our most positive window in a long time.

Shame it ended the way it did and he got his major injury. His delivery in open play and at set pieces was a huge difference. He helped us turn Sheffield United around.

Part of me wishes we got him a few years earlier.

Go finish your career back home fella.

I think we're probably picking up a lump of his wages that allows him to make that deal with Hadjuk. Can't see any other reason why we wouldn't just release him.
