Watch him when he's off the ball, he jogs around like his pissed up.

Very impressed though.

If him and Sandro are ever on the team sheet together I'm going to bang a grand on us not conceding.

Why Arsenal didn't snap him up is beyond me. Seems to be exactly what they need and totally fits their MO.

Ah well, their loss :angelic:

Under £10m. Total steal.

We've got Sandro and him. Think about that for a minute. It's pretty much like having Chuck Norris and Batman in your side. So fucking awesome.

Just not the Ben Affleck version. ;)

Yeah like everybody else I'm really impressed. His passing is more expansive and fizzy, lol, than I thought it would be to.

I can't really see how you take him out of the side performing like that.

I think AVB is going to have some real headaches coming up soon, but good problems to have of course. But all in all we need this depth in the most critical area of the pitch if we want to go places this season - and rotation will be key, so extremely happy with our midfield options. Light years ahead of what we've ever been in this area.

At the moment I'd think it will be Dembele who would drop out if u were picking the best 3 to start, which is quite something considering how much better we were with him in team last year. I'm holding out hope that Sandro will somehow be fit enough to start against Arsenal just to see how they cope with playing Capoue, Sandro and Paulinho. Think we'll completely dominate games this year with any 3 of those 4 playing mind.

Is it possible to get them all in the same team?

It might not be great tactically but I would love to see them just destroy the midfield.

I'd always try to watch Toulouse whenever I could to see him and Sissoko and I've been a fan of his for quite a while. He is, in a strange way, a very elegant destroyer. He'll never go in to an attack in a Vinnie Jones kind of way, it's always controlled and with seeming ease. As far as his defensive skills go he's got it all. Interceptions, tackles, positional awareness, strength, speed...

When he gets the ball he always keeps it simple and often makes good forward passes from deep down the defensive areas. In Toulouse you'd often see the CBs handing him the ball to drive forward and then pass it up midfield, and that is something he does very well too.

I think he'll be a vital part of the team this coming season.

I thought he came out and said that Capoue was overpriced etc?

It just shows how little he knows about football. There were a lot of us singing this guys virtues although I don't think anyone could have anticipated he would make such an immediate impact.
