'Who Know What Will Happen' in terms of Tottenham challenging for titles and cups.

That Head Line is so mis leading if you don't read the contexts

I know I'm a biased spurs fan but that article doesn't read as though he is looking to leave. Everything he said in the article, and has said previously, points to him liking Poch, believing in the project that Poch has at Spurs and wanting to succeed. I also can't believe Levy would contemplate selling to Man U considering how close we came to them this year, if we had started the season quicker then we may have been in 4th instead of them...why strengthen your nearest competition?

Who said he will?

To me I read nothig nin t hat that suggests Hugo wants out, also its clearly a translation from french to English and as alway certain things translate differently but he seems to suggest he will be here next season.

I don't think he will, I think the press like saying he will which is just frustrating and boring.

Oh right; I think DL learned this after Carrick that no top 5 club (or hoping to be) deal with competing clubs. BTW I was surprised that we loaned Lennon to Everton. And Adebayor doesn't count - Shitty were so trying to get rid, and so we snatched their hand off after an impressive season on loan.:cautious:

On a completely unrelated note - remember him?

Very fondly but that was a completely different situation and to be fair he hasn't been any where near his form for us since he left. Will always be one of my favourite players regardless.

Berbatov, Van Persie and Mata to United, Lampard to City, Milner to Liverpool, F. Campbell to Spurs ... etc.

I found this part interesting

"A guy like Benji Stambouli, for example, has to succeed. He has the talent, his head on his shoulders, a workhorse. He has worked hard, it will pay off."

Perhaps we might see more of him next season then.

It appears to me that Hugo has total confidence in whatever was said between him and our bean counter and will be here for at least another season. Good to see how he's also bought 100% into what Mauricio's trying to achieve at W.H.L.

Apparently Marseille have put in a bid for him

Lloris isn't the head coach, Pochettino is and it's down to him. It seems like he's saying that Stambouli deserves to be in the team, it will be interesting to see what his opinion of Poch is, if he is sold.

Yep, that bit in particular struck me as Hugo being a bit pointed in his wording rather than just praise for his pal.
