I think some on here are starting to sound jilted - chill we got dis...

Who cares about Man Shittys oil money, why is everyone on their high horse about it. The cycle of theirs will end and soon.

As for Kane, lets not start having sour grapes here... He was immense for us. He is an exceptional striker and a superb finisher. He is a ****, but an exceptional one.

To all the Bluemoon screengrabbers:

Your club is made of plastic and your owners are bloodthirsty scum who are using the club to sportswash the fact that they engage in slavery, extrajudicial murder, homophobia, sexism and racism.

Enjoy your acquisition.

I know Kane isn’t a pacy player, and I think that actually hinders him when it comes to being a single-handed game winner like Bale, Messi et al.

Bale could beat a man out of nowhere. Kane struggles to make opportunities for himself due to a lack of pace, so has to somewhat rely on shifting the ball to the left or right to get a shot in and hoping that his finishing is on point. Which it largely is, granted.

Actually creating opportunities for himself is where Kane pales in comparison to the other greats IMO, so when the service is lacking, Kane is sometimes found a bit wanting.

Yes, he can create his own chances with the whole shift and shoot thing we see/saw so often, but he’s very rarely (especially nowadays) going to take on a player and do them for pace, so that avenue of chance creation is somewhat closed to him.

I think I that’s the difference. I think that’s also the whole “bums off seats” thing that Kane doesn’t especially conjure.

He’s not taking on a moderately quick CB and winning.

Personally, I’ve always thought he looks leggy and even more so nowadays. I think he was a better player a few years back. Last season at the Lane and around that time was probably his peak for me, I think.

which is what, an old tax exile who clearly doesn't give a fuck? certainly isn't a football club anymore, if it was it wouldn't have gone in for the super league bollocks. football badly needs the bubble to burst.

I respect this massively tbh.

Can’t help but read between the lines a bit here. Nuno is on a 3 year deal, and based on the way the manager search went down, it’s clear that he wasn’t first choice. Arteta has got 3x the leash he’s got. If true, it speaks volumes to not only Nuno’s character but the way Kane may be viewed by the rest of the squad. Not sure he’s the long term answer but I like this guy.

Seriously doubt Kane‘s in the squad on Sunday, and you have to think that removing that distraction is for the best in terms of squad harmony/crowd reaction.

Still gotta sign 2-3 attackers (including two strikers) to claw back some of his production by end of window.

"We really admire that Man City were the first club to pull out of the Super League. City understood the damage to competition that might cause."

Only because UEFA said, " Yoo Hoo Dirty Oilers, remember we inexplicably somehow overlooked FFP and your 'saintly' business dealing, we may just have found another folder on the hard drive"

Fuck Kane and all, but we'll be lucky to get even top 10 without him.
I think this might be a little bit of an overreaction. Our squad isn't that bad, and I have trust that Paratici and Nuno will sign decent players with the money, and train them to play entertaining football.

The fact this looks like it's going to go through without him submitting a transfer request really irks me. Loyalty bonus after what he's done to try and push this through is a joke.

There is always the possibility that by the time the whistle goes for kick off Harry Kane is technically no longer a Spurs player but nothing has yet been officially announced.
