Wasn't it more they had offered what we deemed acceptable and was now up to Levy to accept it. I could be wrong however.

Well that sounds confusing as if it was what we deemed acceptable then that would be that. I thought it was more that it was down to Kanes team to agree terms. But who the hell knows there is so much conflicting information out there now. Loads of it has come from the German end it seems and I think they have been rather desperate in trying all kinds of stuff to get a deal through.

I think they said that they stumped up with what appeared to be an acceptable offer. My impression was that the timing and split between guaranteed and add ons was unknown.
