Maybe his advisers are encouraging bids to get Man Utd to make an offer?

I would reluctantly sell him to United now, for a £90million+ fee, than letting him walk out for free next season.

I also want him to break Shearer's PL record.

No chance, we can't be handing one of our generational talents to the 2023 version of Man Utd willingly. This isn't the Fergie days. Screw the money.

Are Bayern doing a Levy special to try and appease fans by saying "we tried"?

Spurs would want north of 100m to consider it so this doesn't seem like a genuine opening offer that could lead anywhere
Unless there is a 'gentlemens agreement'

I'd love to know what the figure is, I suspect it's 100m, whether in Euros or Pounds.

He's a generational player. I'd let Bayern offer him a contract and if possible blow it out of the water with our own contract offer - even if some escape clauses are required.
Yeah im sure it would be near the £100 mil mark but I also think Kane would have to ask for it to happen. I think the only way he goes is if Kane makes it clear to Levy that there is no chance he signs a new deal during next season as Im sure Levy is hoping we can preform well enough to convince him to extend his contract. We would need an offer of 100 mil, ideally from abroad, and Kane to ask to be let go for Levy to consider selling now IMO. Reality is, come Jan BM could potentially sign him on a pre contract but im sure they are aware that next summer he would be more likely to stay in the PL even if its not with us.

Just throwing it out there that Bayern have been struggling in talks with Osimhen.

Small chance that this bid is being placed to try and put pressure on Napoli, rather than actual hope of signing Kane 🤷‍♂️

Sell him and buy the Napoli one

2 years ago we should have sold him and bought Haaland and Alvarez

don’t delay baldy
For a start Osimhen is valued at over €150 mil by De Laurentiis who don't need to, or want to, sell and secondly every club wants him. PSG, RM, BM, Chelsea etc etc, it would be like us trying to sign Mbappe. Even if we had the money it would never happen. I think we would even struggle to get Lautaro in our current situation. Replacing Kane now would be a nightmare IMO.

Out of interest, if he runs his contract down and leaves for free next summer, how would you feel about him?

1. He's earned it good luck to him or,
2. I can't believe we didn't get a fee for him.

Other than keeping him for another season, either way, we lose.

If Kane requests to leave..... then goodbye loyalty bonus.

Even if he says to Levy that after this season he's off.... having Kane, we've got more chance of being in the Top4 than without him. (thus more money, more attractive to players etc etc)

No chance.

Utd are a direct opponent for the champions league places and selling them Kane further increases that gap.

If he’s not at spurs, fuck his record, I hope he never scores a prem goal again

#2 is on Levy, not Kane.

Osimhen has agreed a contract extension and Napoli have valued him at €180m, he's not going anywhere this summer unless a team offers significant money.

Bayern and Man Utd have to look elsewhere.
