Harty Kane again failed to report to Tottenham training on Tuesday morning but the England captain is expected to return to the club later this week. The striker was due back at Spurs for Covid testing and the start of his pre-season yesterday morning but chose not to return, as he attempts to force through a record-breaking transfer to Manchester City.
