In the world of football, opinions diverge as much as game strategies. The spotlight, this time, turns towards Tottenham’s frontman, Richarlison, and his voyage in the Premier League.

Never has been prolific, and never will be.

Still amazed at the money we paid for him. No doubt another huge loss on a player when we try and sell him next Summer.

Tiresome how these “journalists” and “experts” constantly rate Richy as a failure because of his poor stats - for a nine. “As a nine he should score more” etc.

The fact is that before this season, he never played as a nine for us (bar a few cup matches - with the B-team).

Fact number two: his second preferred position is wide left forward. Left.

What was his position for us in +90% of his last year matches? Out on the right. With a dysfunctional team behind him: the midfield was a mess and none of the right wingbacks were much more than abysmal.

In fact: ALL our players except Kane (and Benta before injury) was below par or worse last year. To rate a player played out of position in a dysfunctional team is just stupid.

The article and the rating it is based on:

Grade: F - Friggin stupid.
