That makes me want to vomit.Seeing West Ham demolish Villa has sealed Nuno's fate.. They have everything we're missing. Confident, strong, hard working and difficult to beat,,
Potter if persuadable.

The others are underwhelming. we need someone who can get a spark out of this team while developing an up and coming class.

If we had a decent leader in the squad, he would have grabbed all the players on Sunday at the final whistle in the centre circle and made them listen to the boos and the reaction and ask each of them, are they happy with this reaction, do you think you are putting in your all for this club? Then made them walk to each end and applaud the fans for coming to watch that pile of rubbish.Yep definitely something rotten with this group of players.
This is very true. But also, if it's on the BBC there's truth in it - whatever the conspiracy theorists tell you.TBF they are so slow, in BBC time Nuno has yet to be appointed Spurs manager. They're talking about his job at Wolves.
What is his role, not an out and out DM not great in possession for a cm, he doesn’t create and he has been the main stay in a terrible midfield for the last 18 months. That not all his fault obviously. Imo he is a very good squad player but if we are to progress we need better
He cost about 12m quid, what are you expecting? What is his role, not an out and out DM not great in possession for a cm, he doesn’t create and he has been the main stay in a terrible midfield for the last 18 months. Err isn’t it symphOny?I'd prefer the word 'symphany'.

I was picking up on this point specifically, which isn't true of Conte at least. Last time he took any team mid season was over a decade ago. At Chelsea they looked dodgy for a few games, got smashed by Arse, then turned it around.

He's worth that for his leadership qualities alone but I suppose, this is for another thread.
As much as I try to see the positives in things and it's relatively early days. I have to agree. Still plenty of time for a rescue mission. Why it needs to be done now with the right man coming in asap.
Still plenty season left to close the growing gap between arse and ham football clubs.
As they've both definitely overtaken us in terms of just pure playing strength, they'd both smash us 9 times out of 10 now I believe.
What a fast decline!
That sort of shit doesn't happen in this day and age and nor should it. Phil Brown did something similar Hull and his players thought he was an idiot for it.If we had a decent leader in the squad, he would have grabbed all the players on Sunday at the final whistle in the centre circle and made them listen to the boos and the reaction and ask each of them, are they happy with this reaction, do you think you are putting in your all for this club? That’s exactly my position, too. It surely has to be possible to reach one of those outcomes?Potter if persuadable.

Completely agree, I’ve actually stopped even looking at the league table tbh. Until we sort ourselves out there is no point. Once we have, if we do, then we can start thinking about top 4 etc.Seriously who gives a flying fuck about West Ham. We just need to get our own house in order

No one reacts well to public humiliation and no one likes someone who is perceived to be grandstanding to a crowd at their expense. That's how something like that would come across.
There should have been very harsh words in that dressing room at full time and I suspect there was. Wasn't there also rumours of punches being thrown? That's good enough for me. I saw players that tried and cared yesterday. They were just set up in a way that stopped them making the game competitive.
