i'm not sure england will beat japan. it'll be a very good close game i think. Especially if england have qualified and play a reserve squad.

Just put the Scotland-Japan game on the iplayer. When I see Hope Solo doing the post game show, there's only one picture I have in my head.

VAR is going to be a complete disaster when the season starts. I can hardly wait.

yup. can you imagine how long the mens teams will protest if it wasnt a pen in a million years.
What'd tip the scales against VAR is if a manager allows a team to go up the other end and score for free.
Luckily we've got target practice v Villa at home to get some experience of league VAR under our belts.

There's going to be plenty of red cards thrown around when players start screaming at the ref and causing general unrest.

When I see Hope Solo I think about the fact she was one of the best female goalkeepers in the world, won the 2015 world Cup (as Captain), was runner up in 2011, won two Olympic Gold medals 2008/2012) is the most capped US goalkeeper ever (202) had the most clean sheets ever as goalkeeper (102) and, not as though it should really matter but I'm not blind, is a very attractive woman.

There we go perfect example of why the pitch size is fine. Long throw in , into the box.
The only thing thats starting to annoy me, is the deliberate falling over in the expectation of a free kick, even if you wernt fouled.

That's a bit unfair letting Ronaldo play in the woman's world cup!
